Neighbour SOS tells the neighbours closest to you that you need help.
Hold the big red button for two seconds. The people near you who also have the app are sent your name, your address and a map, so someone can come or phone. Nobody can see you until you ask, and there is nothing to pay.

Away from home, the alert sends where your phone is right now, so a neighbour can find you.
Nobody Can See You
There is no list of members, no map of who lives where, and no way to browse anyone. Your details stay private until you press.
Five Seconds to Cancel
Pressed it by mistake? A countdown gives you five seconds to stop it, and you can call an alert off at any time afterwards.
People You Choose
Name up to five emergency contacts, such as a daughter, a friend or a carer. They are told at the same time, wherever they live.
Rings Even on Silent
When a neighbour needs you, your phone rings and shows who needs help, where they are, and a map.
I Can Help
Tap I CAN HELP and the person who asked knows a neighbour is coming. Ignore it and nobody is told you did not answer.
Built for Everyone
Two buttons in large type on one screen, with no menus in the way and no typing to ask for help.
No Password to Forget
Sign in with your UK mobile number. There is no email or password to remember.
Your Details, Locked
Your address and account settings sit behind Face ID, a fingerprint or a PIN. Asking for help never does.
Not an Emergency Service
If you are in danger or seriously unwell, call 999 first. Neighbour SOS does not replace the emergency services, and nobody has to answer an alert.
It is for the minutes before professional help arrives, and for the urgent moments when a person nearby could make the difference.

Neighbour SOS is free and available in the United Kingdom. You must be 18 or over and have a working UK mobile number to join. The iPhone version is coming soon.
